Wellness Wednesday’s at Malsis Hall

Over the last few weeks at Malsis Hall the team have incorporated Wellness Wednesdays into weekly group activities. Every Wednesday a range of activities is offered for Service Users and staff to partake in, focusing on the 5 ways to wellbeing. Evidence suggests that following these 5 steps can improve your overall mental health and wellbeing. So far, Service Users and staff have joined in with our weekly Clubbercise classes, herbal mocktail making, lunch clubs, brain training sessions, mindfulness colouring and yoga.
