Steve has 15 years’ experience in health and social care, holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Steve has previously worked for 14 years as part of a charity, specialising in supporting people with dual sensory impairment, Autism, and learning and physical disabilities, starting as a Support Worker and qualifying as a Registered Care Manager in 2015.
Steve has managed and maintained a number of CQC rated ‘GOOD’ services over the years and strives to promote high quality care and support within his services, promoting a person-centred approach for the people being support and for their support staff.
Steve is approachable, respectful and will always go that extra mile to ensure that people receive the highest possible quality of support, motivation and understanding.
In his spare time, Steve is a family man, who loves to go to new places and locations, has a deep love of music, films, and all things geek culture and spending time with his many pets.
