Stephanie has worked within the health and care industry for over 16 years. Just over a year and half ago Stephanie wanted to try a new pathway and moved to be a Recovery Worker at Malsis Hall, shortly after she became a Senior Recovery Worker.

Within the last year and a half Stephanie has gained knowledge and experience with adults with complex needs supporting them through rehabilitation and stabilisation of their mental health.

Stephanie has shown interest in becoming a registered nurse and has begun her journey at Bradford University as a Trainee Nursing Associate. Stephanie has a passion for supporting adults with Mental Health conditions and strives to encourage independent living and fulfilment of life goals and aspirations.
