Rachel is a dedicated Learning Disability Nurse with 18 years of experience, moving to Falcon House as a Clinical Nurse Lead.
Most recently Rachel has worked in the community, supporting an extensive case load to receive care in their own homes. Rachel has also worked in Care Homes and a Mental Health inpatient hospital.
Her extensive background has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities. She is committed to providing personalised, compassionate care, always striving to enhance the quality of life for those she cares for.
