Following discussions with commissioners in Cheshire East Council and Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Commissioning Board we are in the process of developing a six bedded care home for adults with a learning disability and other complex needs. This follows the success of our other schemes in Stafford and Walsall. The property is purpose built and spacious and will have three lounge/dining areas plus six ensuite bedrooms with staff facilities on the first floor.
The care home is part of a small residential housing development which is being built by Seddon Group and is located off Sydney Road in Crewe and it will be available from January 2025.
