Currently based in Walsall, Mel is responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring that the people we support enjoy a high standard of living while receiving the necessary support to lead independent lives.
With nearly two decades of experience in Supported Living and holding a Diploma in Adult Nursing, Mel is a skilled communicator, adept at building strong relationships with Service Users, their families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. His leadership style fosters teamwork, encourages professional development, and ensures the provision of Positive Behaviour Support that promotes independence, well-being, and an improved quality of life.
