After studying psychology Hayley worked as Community Champion for Morrisons supermarkets working alongside local schools, care homes, charities and community groups. Hayley particularly enjoyed having the opportunity to interact with her community on a one to one basis whilst visiting groups or welcoming them into store.

Hayley is looking forward to using the skills she has gained in her previous role at Malsis Hall to support Service Users during their stay and enhance their interactions within the community.

In her spare time Hayley enjoys live music, comedy and ticking off destinations on her travel bucket list.
