After working as a Support Worker within the community for 5 years, Cheryl qualified as a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities in 2016 from the University of Wolverhampton. Since then she has gained experience in both hospital and community settings, supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism alongside additional complex needs. Cheryl has completed the Autism Champion training and delivers training to all staff joining the service.
Cheryl is a client-focused and motivated team member who offers a holistic approach to care, communication and relationship building with the overarching aim of enhancing the lives of those within the Learning Disability sector.
