Aziz is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, graduating from the University of Cumbria, with extensive experience in the health and social care sector. He has supported individuals with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and complex mental health needs across diverse settings, including community mental health teams, educational environments and within Service User homes.
Aziz brings knowledge and accreditation in evidence-based psychological approaches, including cognitive and behavioural therapies, which have shaped his leadership style and informed his approach to care planning and service development. His experience includes community support, crisis interventions, and complex case management, with a strong focus on promoting independence, inclusion, and dignity.
With significant expertise in leadership, clinical supervision, and service delivery, Aziz fosters a collaborative and supportive environment for staff and Service Users alike. His compassionate approach, professionalism, and strong work ethic underpin his commitment to creating services that add real value to people’s lives and empower them to thrive.
Outside of work, Aziz enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring mindfulness practices, and values quality time with his family.
