Amy qualified as a RNLD in 2006 and has held both operational and clinical positions within Hospital, Residential and Supported Living Services. Amy’s most recent position was as Clinical Director supporting clinical strategy and clinical support within the community for autistic individuals, people with a learning disability and people with mental health concerns and their staff teams in addition to implementation of the Company’s Clinical Governance processes.
Amy is passionate about strengthening the ethos of Positive Behaviour Support within ECHO’s services for both the people being supported and their staff teams. This new role will include monitoring quality of life outcome measures to support achievement in the 8 domains of quality of life and to support achievement of self-identified goals.
In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with her family, reading (mainly myths and legends) and walking her dog.
